We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we aim to provide a fair and transparent refund policy in accordance with Canadian consumer protection laws while making it applicable worldwide.

Refund Policy for Services (Consultations, Training, and Coaching Sessions)

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
• Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a 50% refund of the service fee. Alternatively, the appointment may be rescheduled with a 25% rebooking fee applied.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are non-refundable, as the time slot has been reserved and cannot be reallocated on short notice.

No-shows are considered last-minute cancellations and are not eligible for a refund. If you miss your appointment without prior notice, you will need to book a new session at full price.

Refund Policy for Digital Products (E-books, Downloadable Guides, and Resources)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of e-books, downloadable guides, and digital materials are final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered to the customer. If you experience any issues with your purchase, such as a technical error preventing access to your product, please contact us at info@cabincrewconsulting.com, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Refund Processing

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.
• If a refund is delayed due to bank processing times, we recommend checking with your financial institution before contacting us.
